I've looked all over the Steam forums and the forums on Xenoverse Mods and I've yet to find a resolution. I must be doing something wrong, but tbh, I haven't had much help and I feel like the tips to install these aren't very informative.
The only mod that I've been able to activate is the Skinny Majin Male but nothing else seems to be working. I have the patcher installed, I've copied and extracted the files into my Data folder and I haven't had any luck.
